How does the LPP work?
The LINC Personality Profiler is based on the Big Five model of personality psychology – and takes it one decisive step further: In addition to observable behavior, it also analyzes the motives and competencies that shape your actions and decisions.
The result is a comprehensive, meaningful personality profile that covers three core dimensions:
Big Five Personality Traits
