I’m Johanna – a passionate business coach, HR expert, and process facilitator dedicated to supporting individuals, teams, and organizations in their personal and professional growth.
My mission is to help you develop, unlock your full potential, and grow – individually and together – to gain more clarity, motivation, and success at work.

With many years of experience in international human resources, I understand how essential a respectful and appreciative work environment is. People thrive when they feel seen, valued, and trusted – this is the foundation for strong collaboration and meaningful change.
I combine strategic thinking with empathy, clarity with creativity – and support leaders, teams, and organizations through development and transformation processes using a hands-on, holistic approach.
My focus lies in fostering real connection, building trustful collaboration, and shaping a healthy organizational culture – to enable sustainable growth, employee engagement, and successful transformation.
My story

After completing my sociology studies with a focus on HR, work and organization, I began my professional career in the HR department of a globally operating automotive supplier. From the start, I gained valuable experience in personnel and organizational development and was fascinated by the growth of people and teams. Designing workshops, facilitating team development processes and moderating change initiatives revealed how much potential lies within each individual and how crucial it is to place people at the center of successful HR work.
In the following years the international HR management, I broadened my horizons and deepened my HR expertise. My operational work as an HR manager sharpened my perspective on key employee life cycle topics, such as recruiting and onboarding, as well as the full spectrum of compensation and benefits, and employee development. As a regional and a global HR business partner, I continuously developed my leadership and coaching skills and HR strategy knowledge. I guided structural and organizational changes, managed talent and performance development, nurtured leadership growth and ensured sustainable succession planning. Through it all, one thing remained clear to me: the strength of teams and organizations lies within people themselves — in their stories, relationships and connections as well as in strong and clear leadership.
Several personal challenges — most notably the loss of my Dad — led me to pause and reflect. Traveling, yoga, meditation and the connection to wonderful people helped me build resilience and gain clarity about how I want to shape my work. What initially felt unconventional for my rational mindset opened new perspectives: I realized that rationality and creativity, structure and mindfulness, can perfectly complement each other. During my travels I also learned the importance of staying true to myself and approaching others with openness — a philosophy I incorporate into my work.
This (personal as well as physical) journey ultimately led me to the decision to turn my passion for Team Development, Coaching and HR Consulting into my own business. My goal is to guide individuals and organizations, helping them discover and unleash their full potential through customized services so they can courageously explore new paths.
